PlayAudioStream

Play an audio stream. Please note that

• your radio will be switched and locked to "User Track Player"
• audio can only be heard if your radio volume is not turned all the way down.

Parameters:

• wUrl: The URL of the audio stream to play

Returns: true if successful, false otherwise
